At Nedap, you will work at the core of digital solutions that support healthcare professionals in their daily work. As a Full-Stack Developer, you contribute to the development of an electronic health record within our Ons® Suite, software used daily by thousands of healthcare professionals across the Netherlands.
You will help develop architecture, libraries, and tooling that reduce complexity for development teams. Through smart abstraction and well-designed tooling, you enable teams to build customer-focused applications more efficiently and with greater focus. In doing so, you directly contribute to keeping healthcare accessible and future-proof.
In this role, you will work on larger record-related projects and complex data migration challenges. You will also help visualize new functionalities within the health record, combining technology with usability. You bring together technical depth and a pragmatic mindset, and actively contribute ideas on how systems can become smarter and simpler.
Develop scalable solutions
Contribute to the architecture, libraries, and tooling surrounding the electronic health record.
Work on complex projects
Support larger record-related projects and data migrations.
Improve developer experience
Reduce complexity through smart abstraction and reusable components.
Visualize new functionalities
Translate backend logic into intuitive front-end solutions.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will become part of the Dossier Team within Nedap in Healthcare. This team develops solutions that support healthcare professionals in care processes and electronic health record management. The team consists of backend and frontend engineers and UX designers, working project-based in changing sub-teams.
Some colleagues work daily from our office in Groenlo, while others combine working from home with working from locations such as Creative Valley in Utrecht. Hybrid working is the standard.
