We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things digital, eager to learn, inspires others, and demonstrates the willingness to go the extra mile to get things done. Succeeding as a team is very important to us, therefore you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams and disciplines on a regional and global level. This is a truly international role based in our Amsterdam office, requiring occasional travel across EMEA.

What you’ll do

  • Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research, execute tests, analyse data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Evaluate content and identify how to improve titles, descriptions and other on-page and off-page content to increase visibility.
  • Work with content teams to provide search and keyword insights to improve organic SEO.
  • Utilise our stack of advertising tools such as Pacvue for automation, Helium 10 for keyword research, and Amazon Advertising, Vendor Central, Bol.com, and Google Analytics for tracking and insights. Be continually looking for how technology and AI can make processes and workflows more efficient.
  • Provide support, advice and training to partners across the business on digital advertising, PPC strategies, and retail media execution.
  • Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams when planning product and brand campaigns.
  • Report on weekly and monthly KPIs, showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to demonstrate progress achieved.

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge of performance marketing including conversion, attribution, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Stackline, SEMrush, and PowerBI, and strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Dutch, with German being a huge advantage.
  • Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry.

What you’ve done

  • 1–2 years’ experience managing PPC, search, or programmatic advertising campaigns across Bol.com ads, Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Criteo, Citrus Ads, or similar within a brand or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing e-commerce platforms.

What you’ll get in return

  • Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days office)
  • Pension
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • 25 days holiday & Public Holidays
  • Birthday Day off
  • Belkin Product Employee Discount Programme
