The Regional IT Support Engineer supports Trivium locations in the assigned region and serves as the first IT contact for local user questions, covering both IT and OT topics. Primary tasks include providing support, assisting users, supporting business processes through IT, and delivering IT services in accordance with company policies and guidelines. The Regional IT Support Engineer also works actively with central infrastructure, application, and security teams as needed. In addition to regional responsibilities, this role contributes to and advocates Trivium Enterprise Architecture as well as Information Security Principles.
The regional IT engineer looks after all Trivium locations in his/her respective region. The Regional IT engineer is the first point of IT contact for all local user questions, both IT and OT related.
