Regional IT Support Engineer Hoogeveen / Heerenveen /Leeuwarden

Au poste de Regional IT Support Engineer, vous prenez en charge l’ensemble des sites Trivium de votre région. Vous êtes le premier point de contact IT pour toutes les questions locales des utilisateurs, liées à l’IT comme à l’OT.

Les missions principales consistent à fournir du support, assister les utilisateurs, soutenir les processus métier via l’IT et délivrer les services IT conformément aux politiques et directives de l’entreprise. Vous collaborez également avec les équipes centrales infrastructure, applications et sécurité selon les besoins. En complément des responsabilités régionales, vous contribuez activement à l’architecture d’entreprise Trivium ainsi qu’aux principes de sécurité de l’information.

Role Description

The Regional IT Engineer looks after all Trivium locations in his/her respective region and serves as the first point of IT contact for all local user questions, both IT and OT related. Primary tasks are to provide support, assist users, support business processes through IT, and deliver IT services in accordance with company policies and guidelines. The Regional IT Engineer also works actively with central infrastructure, application, and security teams as needed, while contributing to and advocating Trivium Enterprise Architecture and Information Security Principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing first and second level support and continuous improvement of IT and OT services.
• Provide general IT support and serve as a single point of contact for multiple locations and users.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems.
• Act as a key contributor to ensure successful deployment of onsite IT projects.
• Troubleshoot problems and, as needed, coordinate or assist in remediation activities.
• Act as IT contact for communication between the regional users/location and other IT functions.

Key Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and principles, including network topologies and technologies, servers, applications, and onsite setup.
• Broad knowledge of supporting Microsoft and related/interconnection products, including Office 365, OneDrive, Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, Server 2012-2022, remote desktop, terminal server, and virtualization.
• Excellent knowledge in supporting hardware such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and printers.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra-ID.
• Broad knowledge of technical best practices to plan and deploy new solutions.

Education & Training

• Relevant degree and excellent educational record, with relevant domain certifications.
• Educational background and experience in IT/OT, Security, and Solution Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong Dutch and English verbal and written presentation skills.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and communication.
• Requirements management and development.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all sites within the region when required.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience with a focus in manufacturing environments and systems is preferred.
• Experience working in an IT ticketing system such as Fresh Service or ServiceNow is preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative global team.
• Natural problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
