The Social Hub is looking for a community, events, and membership intern to join the Membership team.

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It:

The Social Hub is on a mission to build and upkeep a thriving global community of change makers. We partner with like-minded brands and organizations to build and activate different branches of our brand, and we engage members within and surrounding our hubs with creative experiences and events.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop yourself while working with a wide range of global stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will help streamline and support internal projects, maintain a structured workflow, and support the Regional Programming Manager. On a daily basis, you will work closely from The Support Hub to support the Connectors (Event & Community Managers) of our hubs.

You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 6-7 months, starting July 15th, 2026.

What You’ll Do:

  • Connect on-site Event and Community Managers with Regional Programming Managers by being the first point of contact for questions and event organisation requests
  • Attend community events and activations in TSH locations across The Netherlands, audit execution, and provide bi-monthly insights to the Regional Programming Manager
  • Support the curation of the events strategy and ambassador programme
  • Support the Membership team by tracking deadlines, taking notes, and conceptualizing monthly event reports and highlights
  • Research market offerings and competitor propositions
  • Assist with the development, communication, and refinement of a wide variety of projects related to events and memberships

What You’ll Have:

  • You are enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken; other European languages are a bonus
  • You are legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands and available for a full-time internship and can work 40 hours/week
  • You can work from our Amsterdam-based Support Hub and are willing to travel to our locations within the Netherlands
  • You have some experience with Microsoft Suite and an understanding of event management processes
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to develop yourself in project management in an operational environment
  • You have a true passion for hospitality, high problem-solving capabilities, and enjoy working independently

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe for you, your friends, and your family
  • A wonderful workplace full of events, fun colleagues, and benefits

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
