We are seeking a Finance Analyst - Cash Management to support our finance operations on a 12-month fixed term contract. As part of a global law firm, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely banking and cash processes while partnering closely with local finance teams. The Finance Analyst - Cash Management is responsible for processing bank statements in a timely and accurate manner in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations. The role involves responding to assigned enquiries, collaborating with local finance teams, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes while contributing to a positive team environment.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Process bank statements accurately and in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure all bank statement postings comply with accounting standards and legal requirements
  • Respond to internal and external cash-related enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate closely with local finance teams on ad hoc tasks as directed by manager such as receipting of client money, annual statements and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, and guidelines

About you

  • Experience within a finance or accounting environment; receipting or accounts receivable experience is highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong self-organisation skills with a results-focused approach
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
