As Head of Treasury for our Essentials Products Company, you will lead global treasury strategy, ensuring liquidity, funding strength, and robust financial risk management—working closely with the CFO and senior leaders to drive strategic impact and financial excellence.

Your key responsibilities

  • Define and lead global treasury strategy and policy, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives, strong governance, and best-in-class treasury practices.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global treasury team, driving capability building, engagement, and consistent execution across regions.
  • Oversee global cash, liquidity, and funding management, including cash forecasting, positioning, and optimization across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Manage financial risk exposure, including FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk, with effective hedging strategies and close collaboration with risk stakeholders.
  • Own global financing and banking relationships, including credit facilities, working capital solutions, and trade finance, supporting short- and long-term funding needs.
  • Ensure robust treasury systems, processes, and compliance, driving automation, operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and high-quality reporting to senior leadership.

You bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA and/or professional certification (CTP, CFA) is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in treasury management, including senior leadership responsibility within a multinational, complex environment.
  • Strong expertise in global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, and capital markets.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional treasury structures with a focus on efficiency and control.
  • Solid knowledge of treasury systems and technologies, with experience driving process improvement and automation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, global organization.
