At DLA Piper, we don’t follow trends. We set them. We’re redefining how legal services are delivered, and our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is at the forefront of that transformation. We’re looking for motivated Paralegals to join our high-performing team and help deliver efficient, high-quality legal support using smart processes, legal expertise, and cutting-edge technology.

As a Paralegal in our LDC, you will work across Contentious, Corporate Transactional, or Real Estate matters, supporting document-heavy legal work with precision and speed. You will be part of a collaborative team that adapts to demand, with opportunities to cross-skill and grow your scope as you develop. You will engage with stakeholders across the firm and gain valuable client exposure, all while working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Main duties and responsibilities

Our team is cross-skilled to ensure the LDC has the flexibility to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:

  • Disclosure reviews
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Corporate deal support
  • Real Estate activity and support

About you

  • You will have completed or nearly completed a law degree (or non-law degree plus law conversion qualification) and will be available for full time, or near full time, work. Alternatively, you will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal.
  • Your academic record will support you being a quick learner and committed to excellence.
  • You will be a naturally supportive and committed team player who thrives in dynamic, high calibre environment.
  • Communication skills and attention to detail will be strong attributes, as will a flexibility to adapt to different activities.

You will join a growing team that’s leading the way in legal innovation. With extensive training, exposure to cutting-edge tools, and a supportive culture, you’ll quickly develop both your legal and commercial skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a global firm that values agility and continuous learning.
