HR Operations Specialists work closely with local and international Recruitment Business Partners and are responsible for managing and maintaining recruitment data. Each Specialist supports processes related to recruiting, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support team members in scheduling interviews
  • Respond to recruitment-related queries from candidates
  • Maintain process documentation as required
  • Seek opportunities for improvement in the Recruitment Operations area
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customer expectations
  • Share and apply best practices
  • Ensure that all relevant company standards and guidelines are met
  • Support Junior Specialist
  • Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks

About you

  • University degree
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in working with ATS, especially SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of working in SSC or BPO
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer-oriented and proactive approach
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work well with team members and with other teams to deliver solutions
