- Design service and operations solutions with a strong operational mindset, including Market-to-Order (M2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, tooling, and systems.
- Provide architectural leadership in multi-disciplinary service innovative initiatives. Lead Advanced Development for new propositions, defining scope and project size for PDLM services development.
- Act as the recognized subject-matter expert for PDLM Services processes and represent Service Design and Operations in audits and governance forums.
- Own decisions impacting service architecture, operations design, and tooling, including Market-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and navigate cultural differences effectively.
You’re the right fit if:
- You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Information Systems, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, or related).
- You bring 8+ years of experience in Service Operations Design, Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Engineering, or comparable environments.
- You have experience with PDLM processes and/or regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements.
- You demonstrate a strong process and architectural mindset, with the ability to design end-to-end service operating models (people, process, systems, governance), and an affinity for IT systems (e.g. SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce).
- You have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Market-to-Order (M2O) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a global environment.
- You bring experience in service operations, supply chain, or installed base lifecycle management, and understand how services integrate with logistics, uptime, and service delivery.
- You are able to translate service architecture into execution, driving implementation, adoption, and operational readiness across markets.
- You have proven ability to operate in cross-functional, international environments and effectively influence diverse stakeholders.
- You are customer-centric, quality-driven, and audit-ready, with a strong focus on delivering scalable and robust solutions.
- You have an affinity with digitalization, data, and automation, and are able to leverage these in service design and operations.
- You are able to maintain a broad, end-to-end perspective, identifying key stakeholders and creating clear overviews of processes, systems, and dependencies.
- You have a mindset focused on continuously improving service and supply chain processes.
- You have strong English communication skills.
