As our Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers succeed with our platform. This role is the ideal starting point for a career in Customer Success within a complex B2B software environment. You will begin by mastering our users’ day-to-day challenges and grow into a trusted advisor role for strategic customers.
Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to improve user adoption, customer experience, and long-term success.
What You Will Do
You will start by becoming an expert in how our users work with the platform day to day. By helping customers solve challenges, optimize workflows, and understand best practices, you’ll build the foundation for a long-term career in Customer Success.
As you grow into the role, you’ll become increasingly involved in onboarding, adoption, customer health monitoring, and strategic customer conversations.

As Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes and embed Cleopatra Enterprise into the way they operate. This is not a traditional support role — it is a advisory position with real influence on long-term client success, product adoption, and the value we deliver worldwide.
You will operate at the intersection of enterprise software, operational adoption, and stakeholder management, helping clients make Cleopatra Enterprise a business-critical platform.
The salary range for the role is between €2,800 and €4,000 based on full-time employment. In addition, you will receive 29.5 vacation days, a company phone, travel allowance, a good pension scheme, and an annual bonus based on performance and company results.
