As our Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers succeed with our platform. This role is the ideal starting point for a career in Customer Success within a complex B2B software environment. You will begin by mastering our users’ day-to-day challenges and grow into a trusted advisor role for strategic customers.

Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to improve user adoption, customer experience, and long-term success.

What You Will Do

You will start by becoming an expert in how our users work with the platform day to day. By helping customers solve challenges, optimize workflows, and understand best practices, you’ll build the foundation for a long-term career in Customer Success.

As you grow into the role, you’ll become increasingly involved in onboarding, adoption, customer health monitoring, and strategic customer conversations.

Your daily work will include:

  • Supporting Users & Driving Adoption: Helping users with functional and workflow-related questions, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. You will investigate issues, explain software functionalities, and translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
  • Being the User’s Advocate: Identifying recurring customer challenges and translating them into actionable feedback for our product and development teams. You will help improve both the customer experience and the platform itself.
  • Partnering with Customer Success: Partnering closely with the Customer Success Manager on onboarding, customer health monitoring, business reviews, and customer success initiatives.
  • Knowledge Building: Creating and improving help documentation, best-practice materials, and “how-to” guides that empower users through self-service.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a technical mindset and a service-oriented attitude. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of relevant experience, we value curiosity, ownership, and the drive to grow.

  • Background: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business IT, or Project Management. Experience or affinity with project controls is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into the “why” behind a problem and do not stop until you find the right solution.
  • Communication Skills: You can explain complex software functionalities in a clear and practical way. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software tools quickly and are curious about how systems work under the hood.
  • Customer-Oriented: You genuinely enjoy helping people and remain calm and professional under pressure.
