E&E Tech is one of the four Tech divisions within Rabobank. Our goal is to provide IT services and innovation for customers, employees, and engineers, making banking easy, customer service smooth, and new product development rapid. E&E Tech is the core of Rabobank's IT organization, covering the full technical stack from all layers of infrastructure to applications, with both domestic and global coverage, supporting various tribes that provide crucial services.

Within E&E Tech, the Tech Control Office (TCO) handles all security, risk, and compliance topics, ensuring E&E Tech stays in control. We have an exciting opportunity for an In Control Partner. We are looking for a proactive, quality-driven IT and security risk expert ready to work in a global, complex environment.

As an In Control Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing security, risk, and compliance, ensuring we handle risks effectively and maintain high standards of information security and operational risk awareness.

Practical Examples

• Execute the Dynamic Risk Cycle (DRC) for various Tech domains within E&E Tech.
• Improve the quality within the team and E&E Tech.
• Identify risks and establish controls proactively.

• Support, execute, and manage the Dynamic Risk Cycle by assessing IT risks, related controls, and defining improvement measures with risk owners.
• Promote a strong risk culture, raising awareness of risks and everyone's role in risk management and protecting Rabobank's reputation.
• Monitor security, privacy, and business continuity activities to improve the in-control status of our IT systems.

You and your talent

• Experienced in risk management practices, preferably in IT.
• Knowledgeable in Business Continuity Management, Information Security, IT Risk, Compliance & Privacy.
• Experienced with SCRUM/AGILE/DevOps/LEAN.
• Proficient in Dutch (strongly preferred) and English (required), both written and spoken.
• A team player who is result-driven and solution-oriented.
• Enjoys challenges, is resilient, and proactive.
