  • Participate in process safety and chemical risk assessments.
  • Develop blueprints, standards and best practices for digital manufacturing applications.
  • Collaborate globally with process engineers, site managers, engineering teams and external technology partners.

What You Bring

We are looking for an analytically strong and curious engineer who enjoys combining process technology with digital innovation and operational improvement.

  • A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of process control within batch manufacturing environments.
  • Affinity with PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation.
  • Experience with process monitoring, data analysis or process simulation tools such as Aspen, Matlab or similar.
  • Interest in manufacturing digitalization, AI applications and smart factory technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing integration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

You are someone who:

  • Enjoys working at the intersection of process engineering and digital technology.
  • Is proactive, hands-on and eager to improve existing ways of working.
  • Can connect technical details with operational impact.
  • Works comfortably in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Is passionate about innovation, sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Builds trust easily and collaborates effectively across teams and cultures.
