At The Kingfish Company, a leader in sustainable aquaculture producing high-quality yellowtail kingfish through advanced land-based systems, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to join as a part-time Paralegal & Executive Assistant.

As a listed company on Euronext Growth Oslo, we operate in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive temporary Paralegal in combination with Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO, as well as broader corporate, legal, and governance activities.

This is a hybrid role combining responsibilities typically covered by an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, and selected Investor Relations and Treasury support functions.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, sometimes unstructured environment, and enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and bringing structure where needed.

Why This Role is Unique

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a listed, fast-growing company and gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, corporate governance, financing, and strategic projects. You will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders, playing a key role in how the organisation operates and evolves. The breadth of the role offers a steep learning curve and significant autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, priorities and scheduling for the CEO and CFO
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support day-to-day administrative and organisational needs

Governance & Board Support

  • Prepare agendas and coordinate meeting materials
  • Finalise meeting minutes (leveraging AI tools where appropriate)
  • Support preparation and organisation of General Meetings
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Annual Report, with a focus on governance and compliance-related sections

Legal & Compliance

  • Maintain legal and corporate documentation (e.g. code of conduct, whistleblower policy, internal policies)
  • Ensure ongoing legal housekeeping and internal compliance processes
  • Organise and deliver internal training to employees on company policies, guidelines and compliance topics
  • Manage contract administration and documentation
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel

Regulatory & Reporting

  • Support compliance with listing and disclosure obligations under Euronext Growth Oslo
  • Assist with regulatory filings, reporting and documentation

Financing & Treasury Support

  • Support compliance with financing agreements (e.g. reporting, compliance certificates)
  • Assist with document tracking and stakeholder communication related to financing

Process & Tools

  • Drive efficiency through strong use of IT tools
  • Actively explore and implement AI solutions to improve workflows, documentation, and reporting

Profile

  • Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented
  • Proactive self-starter with a hands-on mentality
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious mindset with a continuous improvement attitude
