The Role

We're looking for a hands-on medior marketeer to join our Growth Marketing team. You'll be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns across four countries and several customer segments - from initial concept to live, to reporting.

This isn't a specialist role. You'll work across the full campaign mix: paid media, email, social, content, and owned channels. You know how to prioritize, you're comfortable switching between strategy and execution, and you don't need perfect conditions to get things done.

You'll report to the Director of Growth and work closely with sales, local market leads, and other stakeholders such as product and business development.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end across paid media (LinkedIn, Google), email, social media, and owned channels
  • Create and adapt campaign messaging and creative for different countries and segments without losing brand consistency
  • Write and brief content for ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts - and be able to produce a solid first draft yourself
  • Learn how to optimize paid media campaigns (you don't need to be a performance specialist, but you need to be willing to learn the basics)
  • Work with our CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Instantly) to support in building and improve email flows and nurture sequences
  • Coordinate with local market contacts and external agencies or freelancers where needed; we make it work together!

What you bring

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of executing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Fluent in Dutch and English - you'll write in both and work with teams in both
  • Experience with paid media campaigns is preferred but not necessary (LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads); you are interested to read the data and act on it
  • Comfortable to work or learn how to work with email marketing and marketing automation tooling (HubSpot and Instantly)
  • Strong project management skills - you handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • A good eye for copy and creative; you can brief an agency and you can also write it yourself
  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in energy, sustainability, or a technically complex B2B product
  • Experience working across multiple markets or countries
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website performance
