What impact will you make?

As a Senior Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. This starts with defining an operational strategy and extends to redesigning, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes. With a strategic mindset and digital technologies as a starting point, you help define future-proof solutions to make clients more efficient, customer-centric, and sustainable.

Together with your team, you develop innovative and scalable improvements for clients to respond to rapidly evolving technologies, a quickly changing geopolitical landscape, and a tight labor market in the public sector. As a Senior Consultant you have:

• A university Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant consulting experience and/or demonstrable experience with operating model design, process optimization, and/or technological transformation.
• Experience with project management and/or knowledge of agile working methodologies.
• An affinity with the public sector.
• Familiarity with methodologies for process optimization and operating model design.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
