This role will oversee the HRIS team, ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The HRIS Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing HR systems and projects during a key transformation period.

This role will oversee the HRIS team, ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the HRIS team of a HRIS Specialist and a Data Analyst.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Payroll to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy for payroll processes.
  • Oversee the ongoing ADP Lyric implementation, ensuring timelines are met and managing associated change, training, and adoption across our retail and corporate sectors.
  • Drive adoption of the new HCM system (go-live June 2026) across both sectors.
  • Partner with the IT team on cross-functional projects involving HR systems and integrations.
  • Support the Internal Controls department with audit requirements, including aiding in creating and performing compliance controls.
  • Align with the HR Business Partnering team to digitize performance and talent management processes within our new HCM.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the ADP Recruitment Management implementation project.
  • Work closely with Retail stores and the Retail Operations department on the Workforce Manager project.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on the ADP LMS project, supporting the development of training materials such as walkthroughs, documentation, and in-person training sessions.

Experience & Expertise

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience working with parent-subsidy structures, and in implementing and managing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems; experience with ADP is extremely advantageous. The ideal candidate will bring valuable insight from previous HCM implementations to help drive progress, optimize system usage, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for our new HCM platform. A proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead change across diverse business environments are essential.
