CRO Specialist

As a CRO Specialist, you are responsible for improving website performance and increasing conversion rates across your assigned categories and key steps in the customer journey. You use data, user insights and experimentation to identify opportunities and implement optimizations that enhance the online buying experience.

Your scope of work

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze user behavior and performance data (e.g. GA4, Contentsquare, customer feedback) to identify friction points and opportunities
  • Develop and execute CRO strategies for categories and key funnel components
  • Set up, run and evaluate A/B tests and translate results into actionable improvements
  • Optimize category pages, landing pages and key customer journeys
  • Improve search, filtering and product discovery to enhance the user experience
  • Identify and resolve issues in low-performing funnels and landing pages
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, SEO, Customer Care and tech teams to implement improvements
  • Monitor results, report on impact and continuously optimize based on performance

  • Analytical mindset, curious and driven to improve performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in CRO, digital optimization or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as GA4
  • Experience with tools like Contentsquare or Hotjar is a plus
  • Experience with building advisory pages in the CMS (e.g. Contentful) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journeys
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, funnels and conversion flows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
