About the Role

The Mendix runtime is the foundation of every running Mendix application. The runtime executes the models that our customers create. It serves the UI, manages domain models, handles business logic, and adheres to the configured role-based access control. It is essential for our customers that the runtime does this in a performant and highly secure manner. Furthermore, we offer two mobile clients: a native mobile and progressive web app. You'll be working with the team to define and execute the strategy for the Mendix runtime and both mobile clients.

You’ll Help Drive Digital Innovation By:

• Working with customers to ensure the runtime runs mission-critical enterprise software in the best way possible: performant, secure and where the customer needs it.
• Setting a strategy for the Mendix mobile clients that enables our customers to build and maintain the optimal mobile experience for end-users.
• Ensuring the runtime can integrate with the key products in the Siemens DI SW Product portfolio.
• As part of a Siemens DI SW Product organization, driving customer and business value by defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Closely collaborating with stakeholders to lead the product journey from initial ideation through launch and beyond.

You’re The Innovator We Need If:

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and a long history of working experience in Software Engineering.
• You have a proven track record of innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit for your products.
• You are excited about our vision for the agentic enterprises and willing to learn about and become fluent in the Mendix product portfolio.
• You have 5+ years of experience in product management of platforms, technical frameworks, and user experiences.
• You have defined product vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of products or product(s).
• You enjoy meeting your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.
