HEINEKEN is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Intern to join its small and dynamic team in Amsterdam. The team rolls out impactful talent acquisition initiatives on a global scale and works closely with 82 operating companies around the world.

The internship

Brew on a thrilling career journey as a Global Talent Acquisition Intern. Our small and dynamic team is looking for a student who is passionate about talent attraction, marketing, internal and external data insights, and above all eager to learn and have fun.

In this internship you will:

  • Support in the design and delivery of global talent acquisition priorities
  • Assist with Employer Branding / Employee Value campaigns to drive engagement around being Employer of Choice
  • Coordinate activities for the Global Talent Acquisition Community
  • Contribute to the engagement and organization of the TA Community of Practice
  • Support program coordination, data gathering, data analysis, benchmarks and insights
  • Assist in the creation of executive presentations

The department

You join the Global Talent Acquisition team, part of the Global Talent and Leadership team in the heart of Amsterdam. This is a team gathering multiple nationalities, generations, educational backgrounds and personalities, where we inspire the full organization. Immerse yourself in an inspiring team of diverse individuals, collaborating mainly with teams like L&D.

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is February
  • The internship is full-time; in consultation, 4 days a week is also possible
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months, in consultation with your internship supervisor
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
  • You will earn 2 vacation days per month based on a full-time internship
  • If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed

The unique you!

We believe that everyone has unique talents! For this position we are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate or curious about Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR Technology
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program
  • An experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); a bonus if you are familiar with data analytics

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  • You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding
  • In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution
  • In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU
  • You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship
  • Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing
  • You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN)
