The internship

Join HEINEKEN’s Global Talent & Leadership department at the international head office in Amsterdam. As part of the Global Graduate Program team, you’ll support an international program designed to attract and develop high-potential graduates into future leaders of HEINEKEN.

As an intern in the team, you’ll contribute to a range of projects that bring the program to life across the globe. From supporting global recruitment campaigns to coordinating onboarding and community activities, your role will be key in ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate and graduate experience. You’ll also help communicate the right information to the right people, whether it’s future applicants, local HR teams, or the graduates themselves.

  • Supporting the strategic growth of the Global Graduate Program, focusing on attracting and developing future HEINEKEN leaders.
  • Assisting with global recruitment campaign coordination and promotion.
  • Managing clear and timely communication for both internal and external audiences.
  • Supporting onboarding and guiding graduates during key stages of their journey.
  • Helping maintain and improve internal platforms and community tools.
  • Coordinating yearly or agile activities for the Global Graduate Community.

Your new team and workplace

You’ll join a small, hands-on team where ownership and initiative are strongly encouraged, and where your ideas can directly shape the future of the Global Graduate Program.

In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in how HEINEKEN attracts and develops early-career talent around the world, working closely with a global network of stakeholders across its OpCos.

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization across departments. You’ll be trusted and empowered to work with an entrepreneurial mindset, and fresh ideas are welcomed.
