The HR Application Specialist is the gatekeeper of our global and local HR application landscape, ensuring HR systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently so HR, managers, and employees can depend on accurate data and seamless processes. You manage and optimize our global SAP SuccessFactors platform, local time & attendance systems such as Timegrip and ATPS, and international digital signing workflows through Scrive, amongst other HR software and interfaces.

You support the global rollout of SuccessFactors modules and worldwide HR IT enhancements, coordinating between HR, in-country HR functional application specialists, Business Technology, and external vendors. You oversee functional configuration, manage change requests, test, analyze end-to-end process impact, and ensure data quality across all HR applications, acting as the central linking pin that keeps the HR IT landscape working as one integrated ecosystem.

You will:

  • Serve as the functional owner and gatekeeper of all HR applications.
  • Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (global deployment), local systems such as Timegrip and ATPS, and the global workflow tool Scrive; monitor performance, resolve functional issues, maintain data and process integrity, assess system change requests, and ensure end-to-end correctness.
  • Coordinate SaaS releases, patches, and testing.
  • Provide functional support to HR teams, managers, and end users, and develop user documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, drive digitalization and the usage of AI, translate HR needs into system improvements, collaborate with internal and external vendors, and support global HR IT rollout projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR applications, manage integrations and interfaces with payroll and other systems, and support data migrations, testing, and releases.
  • Collaborate with HR teams worldwide and international colleagues, coordinate with external software vendors, ensure configurations align with process and compliance requirements, and maintain communication during updates or rollouts.
  • Ensure system practices comply with GDPR, labor law, and internal policies; manage role-based access and authorizations, manage data retention based on GDPR and local labor law, and support audits and documentation maintenance.
