  • Operationalizing the Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP)
  • Supporting external reporting, including REIT disclosures
  • Helping execute the 2027 Analyst Day

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working closely with senior finance leadership, Strategy, Investor Relations, Accounting, and the business.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Planning & EOP

  • Own the day-to-day execution and evolution of the Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP)
  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear multi-year financial assumptions, scenarios, and tradeoffs
  • Ensure strong linkage between long-range planning, annual planning, and capital allocation

External Readiness

  • Support the external reporting, including financial narratives, bridge analyses, and executive materials
  • Partner with Accounting and Tax on REIT asset tests, disclosures, and supporting analyses
  • Ensure consistency between internal plans, earnings outputs, and external messaging

Analyst Day & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the financial backbone of the 2027 Analyst Day, ensuring alignment between EOP, long-term outlook, and external story
  • Coordinate across FP&A, Strategy, and Investor Relations on assumptions and narratives

Tooling & Process Scalability

  • Partner with FP&A systems and IT to translate EOP requirements into scalable tools and processes
  • Reduce manual effort and improve repeatability across planning and reporting cycles

Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Develop executive-ready materials for senior leadership
  • Drive alignment and accountability across a complex, global organization

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury Capital Markets, strategic finance, corporate planning, or related roles
  • Experience owning complex planning and reporting processes with senior-level exposure
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with high accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting earnings, Analyst Days, or investor-related deliverables
  • Familiarity with REIT structures, asset tests, or disclosure requirements
  • Exposure to FP&A systems or planning tools
  • CFA designation strongly preferred
  • Experience in a global, capital-intensive, or infrastructure-oriented business

Why This Role

  • High visibility within Corporate FP&A and senior finance leadership
  • Ownership of enterprise-critical deliverables
  • Opportunity to shape how Equinix plans, executes, and communicates strategy
