How You’ll Bring the Avani Vibe to Life

This is one of the most well-rounded internships you can imagine. You are involved everywhere in the hotel and quickly get to know both our guests and your colleagues. You are the main point of contact for our guests, especially our VIP guests, and for event contacts, making sure every interaction feels personal and welcoming.

You act as an important link between departments, always looking for creative ways to surprise and delight our guests. You actively contribute ideas, improve daily processes, ensure all areas look their best, and help deliver an extraordinary guest experience. In addition, you give hotel tours, handle guest feedback and complaints, and proudly share your knowledge of the hotel and the city.
