Job description
As an HR Generalist (Temporary for one year), you will be part of our Amsterdam-based team. In this role, you act as a key operational partner to the HR team, ensuring that a wide variety of HR topics are effectively picked up and brought to completion.
You handle HR cases and operational matters that require attention but may fall outside the immediate capacity of your colleagues. From individual employee cases to broader HR topics, you ensure timely, pragmatic, and compliant solutions.

What will you do?
Drive Performance & Compensation Execution
- Coordinate and monitor the performance and talent management cycle;
- Support on the operational execution of the annual End Year Review;
- Calculate, validate, process, and communicate salary increases;
- Support Compensation & Benefits analysis and reporting.
Support Talent Acquisition & Engagement
- Draft and publish job postings;
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews;
- Coordinate and analyze the Employee Satisfaction Survey;
- Support follow-up improvement initiatives and internal HR communication.
Operational Partner in Employee Cases
- You support the Global HR Director, HR Business Partners Global and HR Operations Manager by:
- Handle international employee cases;
- Support on complex national employee cases;
- Investigate and advise on HR-related questions;
- Support on Health & Sickness compliance;
- Support on employee contract changes.
Job requirements
Your profile:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience;
- Accurate math and strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude;
- Good knowledge of Dutch employment legislation;
- Great verbal and written skills in Dutch and English;
- Advanced with MS Excel software.
