As part of our growing Technology Strategy & Advisory team, we are looking for a Technology Strategy & Advisory Consultant. As a strategy consultant, you will work in high-performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. Together with your team of young and enthusiastic colleagues, your role will be to help clients transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations. You help them gain an understanding of their most crucial challenges, analyze, and communicate your recommendations, to contribute to the client’s success, as well as Accenture’s.

The Work

• You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in Technology Strategy & Advisory, articulating a compelling technology vision with industry expertise and context. You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and/or IT managers. With around 80 direct colleagues, you will be at the heart of change, developing value cases and operating models with disruptive technologies in short- to medium-term engagements. As a TS&A consultant, you will work at the intersection of business, technology and industry. You will devise creative new digital strategies, implementation roadmaps, and guide digital transformations based on trends, insights, data, and expertise to unlock value and create real, tangible impact.
• You will solve complex puzzles and work in teams using industry insights, knowledge, and innovative ideas. You will apply data-driven methods to analyze clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems, and help realize business strategy through the right use of new technologies. Besides client work, you will contribute to the practice and help the team grow and develop by participating in and organizing events, creating points of view, and sharing knowledge.
• You will convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of the client’s industry to redefine the client’s technology stack. You will realize value, advise, and execute medium- to longer-term technology transformations such as multi-year cloud journeys with a clear industry focus, leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility, and agility across the enterprise and build new businesses.
• You will develop a data strategy, design innovations, and operating models. You will understand the importance of data for business decision-making and help clients become truly data- and insight-driven by identifying measurable business value from data and analytics, designing and building the required capabilities, and embedding data and analytics into decisions, processes, and day-to-day operations. You will help teams do data-driven storytelling through quantitative analysis and data visualization.
