Process Improvement Intern

We are looking for a motivated Process Improvement Intern with a strong interest in process engineering, quality, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will support both the HR and Facility teams while helping to analyze, document, and improve internal processes. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries.

You will:

• Map, document, and analyze existing HR and Facility related processes;
• Support process standardization and alignment with internal controls and ISO-style frameworks;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains;
• Assist with the implementation of improved workflows and documentation;
• Coordinate and communicate with international stakeholders;

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering;
• Strong interest in process improvement;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
• Proactive and hands-on attitude;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
