Kearney's Product Excellence and Renewal Lab (PERLab) is seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst in Europe. The team combines product design with operational expertise to transform product portfolios through consumer and customer insight, design, supply chain improvement, cost and complexity reduction, and sustainability-focused outcomes.

In partnership with design companies, PERLab analyzes products, addresses pain points in manufacturing and supply chain processes, and identifies opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency across the product life cycle.

Who you are

  • Hold a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in engineering, or a technical or scientific degree with top academic results
  • Analytically inclined and motivated by solving problems
  • Curious about how products, machines, and technologies work
  • Able to take ownership in identifying and developing novel capabilities that help clients design and build more efficient products
  • Experience or education in methods such as value engineering, cost analysis, functional analysis, conjoint analysis, social listening, or similar is a plus
  • Bring an innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Have strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a team-based environment, including international teams with multiple cultural backgrounds
  • Eager to collaborate, coach, mentor, and help others grow professionally
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both senior management and shop-floor stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; basic knowledge of German or Dutch is sufficient, and other languages are an advantage
