Join Accenture's dynamic Global Protection & Security (GP&S) team as the Employee Assistance Senior Manager (EMEA). This position is GP&S’s primary responder for various incidents and emergencies involving individual employees throughout the EMEA region. The role serves as the liaison between Accenture’s Security Operation Center (ASOC) and key stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Human Resources, Workplace, Legal, IT, and Travel. As an experienced professional in responding to and handling personnel crises, you will provide strategic guidance and ensure the proper support teams are informed and engaged in supporting employees during emergency situations. • Maintain accurate reporting records to track trends and identify which incidents may require additional support or resources.
  • Work directly with GP&S’s Regional Protective Services Managers to ensure they are informed and properly supported for employee crises taking place in their respective regions, especially those that could have a broader impact on facilities’ security posture.
  • Ensure GP&S’s guidance and response actions are aligned with Accenture’s policies.
