Recruitment Intern

As Virtuagym continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you won’t just “support” recruitment, you’ll be actively involved in the full hiring journey and make a real impact from day one.

We’re looking for a driven, curious and proactive student who’s not afraid to take initiative, speak up and get things done. If you like connecting with people, working independently and learning fast, keep reading!

You’ll join our Recruitment team and work closely with our Team Lead, who will coach you along the way. We’re a remote-friendly company, but for this role we’d love to see you in our Amsterdam office around 2 days per week to stay closely connected with the team. The rest of the time, you’re free to work from home within the Netherlands. You can also work from elsewhere in Europe for a few weeks, with the option to work from abroad within Europe up to 12 weeks per year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks.

🔥 What you’ll do

You’ll be involved in the full recruitment process, from posting jobs to hiring candidates.

• Post jobs and manage candidates in our Recruitment system
• Screen candidates via video calls
• Schedule interviews and keep everything running smoothly
• Stay in touch with hiring managers and keep them updated
• Help promote our jobs and employer brand online
• Source and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn
• Jump into cool side projects, such as employer branding

🎯 Who you are

• You’re a 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student
• You’re proactive and like taking ownership
• You’re independent but also a team player
• You communicate easily and confidently
• You’re organized and can handle a fast-paced environment
• You speak and write English fluently; Dutch is a bonus
• You’re available for 5–6 months
