Intern, Sales Distributor - Rookie Program 2026

Join the Under Armour Rookie Program Internship from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 and support the sales team in developing and improving Under Armour’s business in distributor markets.

Are You The Next Rookie?

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship, or are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn

As a Sales Distributor Rookie

You will be supporting the sales team to develop and improve the Under Armour business in distributor (international) markets. The Sales Distributor Rookie will be instrumental in connecting the dots between internal departments (marketing, sales, logistics, merchandising) with exciting projects which will make a real lasting impact on the business. The distributor sales team covers more than 30 different countries across Europe and Asia, so this role will be exposed to a number of different cultures and ways of doing business.

Your Impact

• Strategic projects which address marketing campaign tracking, reporting of product sales, assortment and planning analysis
• Template creation and management
• Support organization and administration of commercial events
• Assist with 5-year business planning for top distributor accounts
• Prepare weekly ATS and performance reports
• Day-to-day ongoing support of the distributor sales team

Qualifications

• Open for students studying any course
• Skilled in organization, proactive and eager to learn and engage with the team
• Experience and competence with Microsoft software - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - is necessary
