The Rookie Program Internship is designed to give students the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross-functionally, and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie?
- Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
- Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands
- Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
- Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn
As a Digital Marketplace Rookie
You will strengthen Under Armour’s position in the online marketplace by building a clear, data driven view of the current ecosystem, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations to protect the brand and enable future growth across all digital channels.
Your Impact
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the online marketplace across our top 5 priority markets to establish a clear and structured view of the current state.
- Assess the competitive landscape, including authorized and non authorized resellers, price dynamics, assortment visibility, and brand representation.
- Identify key risks and opportunities impacting brand equity, consumer trust, and commercial performance.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to improve marketplace cleanliness and competitiveness.
- Support cross functional alignment by sharing insights with O&O eCommerce, Marketplace, Digital Wholesale, Brand, Legal, and Analytics teams.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital commerce and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Familiarity with emerging digital trends, platforms, and consumer behaviors.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; an additional European language is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of eCommerce metrics, wholesale economics, and digital consumer behavior.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Interest in or exposure to the sports or fashion industry is a plus.
