As a Merchandising Planner Rookie:
The Rookie Merch Planner will support the EMEA Merch Planning team in evolving core planning frameworks and analytics capabilities that underpin UA business strategy. The role plays a key part in strengthening how we define, track, and execute assortment and SKU targets across seasons, ensuring alignment to global strategy and enabling focus on the right product, in the right place.
Through hands-on involvement in strategic target-setting evolution and analytics dashboard development, the Rookie will contribute to improving decision quality, process efficiency, and data transparency. The role supports EMEA categories and works closely with Merch, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners, strengthening planning alignment and decision-making across the business.
We are looking for a curious, motivated early-career talent with an interest in merchandising, planning, and analytics.
