Description

Your goal

Marktlink Transaction Services is one of the youngest additions to the Marktlink Group and is focused on financial due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and investments. From offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Deventer, the team is building a strong label dedicated to helping clients identify risks, uncover opportunities to create value, and achieve successful transactions. As an Analyst Transaction Services, you will contribute to the financial analyses that serve as the foundation for strategic decisions. You’ll be involved in every stage of the due diligence process and support clients from start to finish.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence investigations
• Assist clients throughout the financial due diligence process
• Provide (sales) support to the team
• Contribute to projects, reporting directly to the Partner or Manager
• Develop your commercial skills alongside deep financial and analytical capabilities

Requirements

Your profile

You are analytical, entrepreneurial, and a true team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for collective success. You have a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

In addition, you bring:

• A completed Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant internship experience in Transaction Advisory Services (e.g. Big 4 or similar TAS environment)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A self-starting and proactive approach
• Solid project and time management skills
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn and share knowledge
