For the role of (Senior) Manager Enterprise Architecture, you:

• have graduated with a master’s degree, preferably in technology-related studies such as Business Information Management, Engineering, or Informatics;
• have at least six years of relevant and demonstrable work experience, preferably in consulting and the financial services industry;
• have a broad network within the financial services industry;
• have advised CIOs in the digital age, with proven experience in these types of projects;
• have a deep understanding of technology-related developments in the financial services industry;
• are ambitious, commercial, and entrepreneurial;
• are a team player, and master both the English and Dutch language.

What impact will you make?

In the Deloitte Technology, Vision and Architecture team, you will help clients address critical, complex, and disruptive technology challenges across the Netherlands and beyond. Working with other practitioners from Deloitte’s Consulting practice, the team bridges business and technology by advising on and delivering technology-enabled business transformations in various industries.

The team is growing and is looking for aspiring leaders to deliver value to clients and contribute to high-calibre services. Especially within the financial services industry, the team works with a wide range of organizations, including banks, investment houses, lenders, finance companies, real estate brokers, pension administrators, and insurance companies. You will work with and learn from leading practitioners in the industry while helping develop talent.

How do you do this?

Using your experience across business and technology, you will lead projects that deliver essential value to clients. You will build awareness of the importance of modern architecture and data management within organizations and lead companies through complex technology-enabled transformations. You will apply your knowledge and experience in disruptive technologies and solutions while guiding clients in developing enterprise or domain architecture, data strategy or data architecture, and vision and policies to manage data technology and data assets effectively.

Typical project activities are:

• assessing the organization’s current-state architecture, defining future-state architecture, and designing the roadmap to reach that future state;
• providing guidance in complex technology-enabled transformations such as cloud, agile, and digital transformations;
• applying your knowledge and experience in disruptive technologies such as cloud, ecosystems, IoT, and DevOps;
• defining data strategies and designing data architectures and data governance as critical enablers for creating value from disruptive technologies for new and improved client services;
• designing process automation and orchestration to facilitate effective digital business transformations.

The team works for various financial firms, including banks, investment houses, lenders, finance companies, real estate brokers, pension administrators, and insurance companies. Together with your team, you are responsible for designing and guiding technology-enabled business transformations to realize clients’ strategy.
