Lead the thought process and implementation of global RGM, pricing and promotions analytics projects that are key for portfolio optimization. You will work closely with colleagues across the globe to deep dive into local pricing dynamics and drive necessary action.

You will be part of the RGM & Pricing Analytics team based in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for driving data-driven pricing decisions globally.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Analyze economic, management and other organizational data to quantify the competitive and financial performance of business segments, and evaluate potential operational changes.
  • Support management decisions around pricing and promotions and the design of new approaches and methodologies.
  • Coordinate the application of statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources.
  • Set up and run insightful periodic reports on pricing performance across different portions of the organization, including tracking price and promo initiatives and ROI measurement.
  • Leverage innovative methods to identify and propagate pricing opportunities targeted at margin enhancement.
  • Support the Commercial Organization with pricing insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve pricing performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Present data in a visually compelling manner using charts, graphs, and dashboards to make complex information easily understandable.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Minimum BSc (or local equivalent) education.
  • Advanced proficiency with business modelling in excel.
  • Strong visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of and experience with statistics, databases (SQL), economics principles, yield management concepts and tools, reporting and BI solutions.
  • Candidates from Analytics, Finance, or Consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to think in a creative and strategic way while delivering operationally to ensure analytics implementations are followed through to completion. Ability to work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.
