Microsoft Administrator Internship

As an Intern Microsoft Administrator within the Modern Workplace team, you will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment. You help create a digital workplace that is secure, stable, and user-friendly for all Nedap employees — from office to production locations and home workplaces.

You will work on topics such as Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access. In doing so, you will not only focus on technology, but also on usability: how do we ensure solutions truly work for colleagues?

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the management of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
• Support device management (Intune)
• Think along about automation and standardization of workplaces
• Collaborate with other IT teams such as Security and AI Ops
• Take ownership of small improvement initiatives within the Modern Workplace

Your team

You will join the Modern Workplace team, where we focus on creating a digital work environment that enhances collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. We work closely with the other value streams: Security Core & Resilience and AI Ops & Automation.

Within the team, we combine technical expertise with a strong focus on employee experience. We don’t just build solutions—we also ensure they are successfully adopted within the organization.
