As a Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging strategy and execution on the AI Transformation, our operating model’s modernization, our smart growth initiative, and our Productivity journey. You will be responsible for driving diagnostics to identify and unlock the full potential within our business, designing and implementing innovative solutions with AI at the core, and driving efficiency and effectiveness improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current workflows, processes, organizational structures, and systems to find and quantify improvement potential. Ideate radical solutions leveraging technology and automation.
• Drive AI Transformation: Contribute to transforming Allianz Benelux into an AI-first organization by redesigning end-to-end processes and scaling AI with new or existing assets in close collaboration with Tech teams, while building sustainable AI capabilities by nurturing existing talents and new skills and enabling the industrialization and adoption of AI across core business activities.
• Operating model: Design and implement best-in-class operating models to support the organization in reaching its full potential.
• Support Initiative Delivery: Prepare, plan, and mobilize implementation by identifying roadblocks, defining actions to unblock them, and ensuring course correction. Challenge the status quo and hunt for better results.
• Provide Program Performance Transparency: Prepare senior leadership for transformation updates and internal communications. Interact with local Board of Management members to discuss program performance and key initiatives.
• Program Delivery Control: Set priorities for programs, drive governance processes, ensure financial reconciliation, and track metrics and OKRs to monitor progress and success.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Engage with various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to drive radical and successful change.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with operational and senior stakeholders to gather insights and mobilize support for transformation projects. Act as a problem-solving partner for the business to identify new initiatives and generate greater impact.

Your Profile:

You have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations involving senior executives and multiple stakeholders, ideally within the insurance industry. You are proficient in project management tools, AI transformation frameworks, and insight visualization, with strong presentation skills. Fluent in English, you also have proficiency in one local language (French and/or Dutch). Your expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, complements your transformation mindset, which is proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in collaboration and communication, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
