Your opportunity:

We’re growing our presence in the DACH market and are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven Account Executives to help build this market with us.

In this role, you own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from identifying opportunities and opening conversations, through to closing deals and building long-term relationships. This is not a “plug-and-play” sales role; it’s an opportunity to shape how we grow in DACH.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams as part of a collaborative, international commercial team.

You will:

  • Drive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients across the DACH region
  • Build and expand a strong network of B2B partnerships
  • Grow existing accounts by spotting expansion opportunities, including international rollouts
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for your customers

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills - you’re a natural, confident and engaging networker
  • Experience or interest in building a network within HR or People teams
  • Proven success in closing deals with medium- to large-enterprises
  • A structured, action-oriented way of working and a relationship-focussed sales approach
  • Enthusiasm for working in a highly dynamic, AI-forward international environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Fluent language skills in both German and English
