What will you do as a Consultant Compensation & Benefits?
As a member of the Reward & Benefits team, you will work for a range of clients, from corporates to public sector organizations, on topics such as:
- Benchmark analyses, reward strategies, and salary structure design.
- Compliance with new and existing laws and regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Developing and presenting project plans and advisory reports.
- Facilitating workshops with HR teams and executive boards.
- Contributing to internal knowledge development, propositions, and business development.
What do we ask of you?
- A completed university degree in Business Administration, HRM, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in reward consulting or a related area (e.g., HR consulting, rewards, data analysis).
- Curiosity, a drive to learn, and a proactive, structured way of working.
- Experience with or affinity for client interaction; you are able to work independently and enjoy contributing to a growing practice.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
