Have you heard about McKinsey’s Operations Practice but aren't sure what we do? Wondering what a career as an operations consultant might look like?

The McKinsey Operations Practice helps clients transform every aspect of their operations, from manufacturing to product development. Its impact is seen in significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and flexibility, helping clients stay competitive.

We are looking for women* based in the Netherlands who meet the following requirements:

• Professionals with a background in engineering or business and initial work experience in operations—such as manufacturing, product development, process optimization & improvement, lean services, capital projects and infrastructure, procurement, supply-chain management, or capital excellence
• Students pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD, with an engineering or business background.

*Our Women in Operations events are intended for women and are fully transgender and nonbinary inclusive. They are part of our broader worldwide programs designed to help candidates get to know McKinsey better.
