Intern UI Designer

At OWOW, as an Intern UI Designer, you'll create designs from day one that actually see the light of day.

What you'll be doing

No coffee-runs here. From day one you'll be creating designs that actually see the light of day. Expect to:

• Design digital products — craft beautiful interfaces for websites, apps, and platforms
• Own the visual craft — typography, composition, color, hierarchy, spacing, micro-details — the stuff that separates good design from great design
• Think in motion — design interactions, transitions, and micro-animations that make interfaces feel alive
• Build design systems — components, patterns, and visual languages that scale across products
• Prototype and iterate — bring flows to life, test ideas, and refine until it feels right
• Collaborate with other Wizkids, designers, developers, and strategists

Who you are

You don't need years of experience — you need curiosity, taste, and a willingness to learn fast. Bonus points if you:

• Live in Figma and know it inside out
• Are passionate about visual UI design
• Have a portfolio that shows off your eye for visual UI Design
• Are pixel perfect — the difference between 12px and 14px matters to you
• Have a feel for animation — you notice when a transition sings and when it stutters
• Have a feeling for branding — you can sense when something is "on" and when it's off
• Speak English or Dutch
• Are proactive, curious, and genuinely excited about digital product design
• Bonus: hands-on experience with motion tools
