Employer Branding Internship

As an Employer Branding Intern at SITS │ Traxion, you will be part of the Recruitment team and work closely with Marketing and the Business to elevate our presence in the niche Identity & Access Management talent market. You will be the creative engine behind how we attract, engage, and connect with our future colleagues and get the freedom and space to explore and develop new ideas and initiatives.

With this internship, you will directly contribute to our reputation as an employer, helping us connect with future colleagues and anchoring our long-term talent strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Employer Branding campaigns: Deliver (write, design, schedule and launch) end-to-end campaigns that attract and engage potential candidates
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to explore creative ways to present their work and culture
• Market research: Give insights into market trends and competitor branding to identify new opportunities
• Analytics & Insights: Track engagement and other metrics after launching new content
• Projects: Support and contribute to additional cross-functional projects as needed

Projects You Could Own:

We love interns who take initiative! Here are some project ideas:

• Employer branding campaign for evergreen IAM roles - Brainstorm and develop a framework and content for a recruitment campaign for consultant roles (e.g. “day in the life of a business consultant at SITS | Traxion”).
• Content template library (internally focused) - Build a scalable library of employer branding templates per job family (e.g. interns, consultants, sales) to be used across platforms.
• Glassdoor & employer reputation strategy - Create a strategy around employer reviews and insights, analysing how we can strengthen our employer brand presence on platforms like Glassdoor with concrete content initiatives.
• Hiring manager video concepts - Develop short recruitment videos where hiring managers pitch their team and projects

What You’ll Gain

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying Communications and PR, Marketing, HR or similar field in their 3rd or 4th year
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with different teams
• Is proactive, hands‑on, and takes ownership of their work
• Feels confident pitching their ideas
• Is creative with visuals and has an eye for detail and design
• Is available for a minimum internship period of 6 months
• Has experience with design tools such as Canva or similar
• Has strong command of the Dutch and English language
• Bonus: Strong writing skills, visual design skills, or video editing skills
