We are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement intern. Would you like to help Pladis achieve its Procurement ambitions and be part of the change?

The Procurement Intern will support the Ingredients, Packaging, and Indirects categories by delivering timely, accurate reporting and analysis. The intern will collaborate with buyers, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to category management, pricing analysis, budgeting activities, and compliance tasks.

Role overview

  • Maintain contract repositories, project trackers, and category charters.
  • Support spend management reporting and provide analytical support as required.
  • Assist buyers with portfolio pricing analysis, system uploads, and approval workflows.
  • Support ERP report, preparation of files and data for budgeting/AOP processes.
  • Act as first point of contact for Miscellaneous Categories, providing issue-resolution support.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement and other key business processes.
  • Contribute to supplier panel communication and portfolio analyses, for example chemicals and vegetables.
  • Build relationships with EDM team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a commercial Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical and project-management skills.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, lookups, and modelling.
  • A proactive, positive ‘can-do’ and ‘will-do’ mentality.
  • Ideally following or having completed a Procurement or Supply Chain-related qualification.
  • Enjoy variety in your day-to-day role.
  • Able to work proficiently in both written and spoken English. Dutch is advantageous.
  • Available for five or six months and five days a week.
