We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and making things better and not just for one customer, but for all of them. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our users and our product. You’ll help German- and English-speaking customers navigate complexity, solve real operational challenges, and turn their feedback into meaningful product improvements.
