As a KOL & Reference Site Manager, you will strengthen Philips’ commercial impact by building and managing a structured global ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders and reference sites. Working closely with regional commercial and Clinical Segment teams, you will ensure KOL engagement and reference activation directly support market adoption, deal progression, and customer credibility—turning clinical advocacy into measurable business results through strong alignment and data-driven execution.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
