CMMS Delivery Lead

Purpose

As CMMS Delivery Lead, you are responsible for delivering the CMMS for new projects that meets SBM standards, targets and client expectations during the Operation Readiness phase. Your role is essential in driving the timely and budget-conscious execution of the scope at expected quality. You liaise with different stakeholders both within Operations and EPC organizations.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for delivering the CMMS for new projects with timely and budget-conscious execution of the scope at expected quality.
  • You have direct impact on milestone achievements, Operation Readiness cash flow, readiness for sail away and readiness for first oil.
  • You define CMMS development scope of work based on SBM Management System, latest Work Instructions from Asset Integrity and Reliability Global team, project specifications and contractual requirements.
  • You are responsible for identifying a suitable contractor for the execution of the scope.
  • You coordinate the CMMS contractor involved on the project.
  • You manage the CMMS development plan during the execution phase of the project, including planning, scheduling, reporting, manhours and progress.
  • You apply Quality Assurance protocol and Quality Control activities, ensuring the CMMS development is in compliance with defined scope.
  • You coordinate with necessary stakeholders the ERP setup and ERP data upload.
  • You gather lessons learned and share with other affected parties while contributing to continuous improvement.
  • You foster strong and integrated work relationships with the EPC project team, Operations Global organization, Operation Readiness project teams, Project Control and Cost Control, as well as your counterpart in the client’s team.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is recommended.

Experience

  • Oil & Gas experience with FPSO is preferable, with a strong technical background.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with a CMMS system (engineering / operating) in O&G.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience on ERP such as IFS/SAP is a plus.
  • Previous experience in contractor follow-up.
  • FPSO operation or maintenance background / offshore experience is a plus.
