What will you be doing?

  • Support daily F&B operations with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership
  • Gain a full understanding of inventory management and F&B cost control
  • Learn how to schedule and manage a team of over 25 people
  • Get trained on and operate reservation and booking systems
  • Read, organize, and manage banqueting event orders (BEO)
  • Support and implement F&B staff trainings
  • Develop sharp operational and soft skills: welcoming, hands-on, solution-oriented
  • Work side-by-side with the F&B Manager and supervisors on strategic decisions

Are you the perfect match?

  • You are looking for a full-time internship, for 4 to 6 months, ideally starting in September
  • You are available to work 24–38 hours per week, typically from 12:00 to 20:00
  • You have a genuine interest in hospitality and leadership
  • You are eager to learn about the operational and strategic side of F&B
  • You communicate confidently in English
  • You are hands-on, sharp, welcoming, solution-oriented and love working in a team

  • You are enrolled in a relevant hospitality or business-related study
