Leadership Trainer

At bunq, you'll help strengthen leadership across the company by designing impactful training and coaching managers to become effective leaders in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

As Leadership Trainer, you'll build and deliver leadership development programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and use data to continuously improve leadership effectiveness.

Take Ownership:

• Design and build training materials for leadership development.

• Roll out a high-impact training program for all leadership levels, from new team leads to the executive team.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to help leaders unlock their potential and navigate a fast-growing scale-up.

• Use data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve the leadership program.
